CULINARY COMPETITION “PANTELIJA’S FEAST” TO MARK BIJELJINA CITY SLAVA

In celebration of the City of Bijeljina's Slava, the Feast of Saint Panteleimon, which will be observed on August 9, the City Administration is organizing a culinary competition titled "Pantelinska Trpeza" (Pantelija’s Feast Table).

On this occasion, from July 30 to August 5, all cooking enthusiasts and culinary masters are invited to showcase their skills and compete in one of three categories:

Most Delicious Table

Most Abundant Table / Most Skillful Hands

Most Beautifully Decorated Table

A professional jury will evaluate the food and the presentation of the stands. Winners in each category will receive 1,000 BAM, while those in second and third places will be awarded 700 BAM and 400 BAM, respectively.

Even participants who do not win a top-three prize will receive a 300 BAM reward for their effort and contribution.

This year, the culinary stands will be set up in Patrijarh Pavle Street, and the prepared food will be served to the citizens of Bijeljina and visitors of the "Pantelinski Dani" (Pantelija Days) celebration.

The City Administration invites all culinary talents to take part in “Pantelinska Trpeza”, contribute to the festive atmosphere in Bijeljina, and compete for valuable prizes with their culinary creativity.
