In an interview for the show “A Cup of Conversation,” edited by Ljubica Boljanović and produced by Miloš Milošević, Daliborka spoke about rural life and the commitment required behind every kilogram of cheese and kajmak.

Grčić represents a true guardian of Herzegovinian tradition and gastronomic heritage. Through her daily work, she preserves skills and knowledge passed down through generations.

“Life and work in the countryside are not easy. It takes a lot of effort, hard work, and willpower to succeed. The village demands dedication, and I accepted that from the very beginning. Day by day, our livestock has grown. What I do is not difficult for me—I love it. I have devoted myself to it,” Daliborka said.

She is also a member of the Association of Gacko Kajmak Producers, an organization committed to preserving and promoting authentic local products from this region.
