“CICVARIJADA” PRESERVES TRADITION IN USORA

The traditional culinary event "Cicvarijada 2025" will be held on July 31 in the ethno village of Usora, near Teslić. The festival features a competition in preparing cicvara, one of the most beloved dishes of traditional local cuisine.

According to organizers, participant registration is open until 5:30 PM, and the cooking will begin at 6:00 PM. Contestants are required to bring their own ingredients and cooking utensils, and expenses will be reimbursed.

Cash prizes await the best chefs:

1st place – 400 KM

2nd place – 200 KM

3rd place – 100 KM

To add to the festive mood, folk band "Emotivci" will perform live.
