ZIMZOBAL LIGHTS UP BANJA LUKA FOR THE HOLIDAYS

The much-anticipated Zimzobal winter market is set to kick off the holiday season on December 1st in Banja Luka, where festive decorations and thousands of twinkling lights will transform the city into a true winter wonderland.

As part of the “Banja Luka Winter” event, the city is ready to shine brighter than ever, capturing the hearts of both residents and tourists alike.

Banja Luka's mayor, Draško Stanivuković, highlighted the city’s dedication to making each New Year's celebration more impressive than the last. 

"Our goal is to surpass expectations every year," he said, adding that this year’s decorations and activities will make Banja Luka the ultimate destination for holiday celebrations across the region.

In addition to the vibrant market at Petar Kočić Park, the city will offer a range of family-friendly attractions, including an ice rink at Krajina Square and numerous activities designed to entertain both young and old throughout the entire month of January.

Milada Šukalo, advisor to the mayor, also emphasized that visitors can look forward to a unique experience: “With a rich program, festive atmosphere, and winter magic, we are ready to welcome all guests for an unforgettable experience."

The holiday spirit is officially here, and Banja Luka’s Zimzobal promises to deliver a memorable season for everyone who chooses to celebrate in the heart of the city. The Organizational Committee will hold another session in the coming days, where further event details are expected to be announced.
