The New Year is drawing closer, and the largest city of the Republic of Srpska is entering the final phase of preparations for one of the biggest New Year’s events in the region.
According
to the announcement, the plateau in front of the sports complex in “Mladen
Stojanović” Park will be the center of an unforgettable atmosphere on December
31 and January 1.
The
first night, December 31, is reserved for welcoming the New Year with a concert
by Nataša Bekvalac, who will warm up the audience with a specially prepared
repertoire and lead both residents of Banja Luka and visitors into 2026.
The entertainment program begins at 9:00 PM, with a warm-up performance by Banja Luka artist Damjan Vračar. Exactly at 11:59 PM, the audience will join in the traditional countdown and New Year’s celebration.
The
spectacle continues on January 1, when regional music star Aco Pejović will
take the stage at the same location. The program starts at 9:00 PM with
performances by Damjan Vračar and Olja Babić, followed by a concert that will
mark the first day of the New Year.
In
addition to top-class concerts, visitors can enjoy the winter fairytale of
“Banja Luka Winter,” featuring a rich festive offer and a holiday atmosphere
that once again makes Banja Luka one of the most desirable destinations for New
Year’s celebrations.
