NEW TOURIST TAX RATE INTRODUCED FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS IN BANJALUKA

The Tourist Organization of the Republic of Srpska has announced a change in the tourist (sojourn) tax rate for the City of Banjaluka. The new rate is set at 3.00 KM per guest, per overnight stay.

This decision came into effect on July 2, 2025, the day it was published in the Official Gazette of the City of Banjaluka.

“All accommodation providers are kindly requested to update their price lists in accordance with this change and ensure the proper application of the new tax,” stated the Tourist Organization of the Republic of Srpska (TORS).

They also noted that all other matters related to the tourist tax remain governed by the existing Law on Tourist Tax.
