Named HOP IN, the hotel will be located in Osijek and will feature 49 accommodation units, including 47 rooms and two presidential suites with exclusive views of the city.

This innovative project is the result of a collaboration between HOP IN and Cras, companies specializing in building automation, particularly in the hospitality industry. According to TU Magazine, the investment is valued at approximately €8 million.

HOP IN is designed to cater to business travelers, active tourists, and athletes. It will include a conference hall, a spa center with a swimming pool, and saunas. The hotel's automated and smart concept eliminates the traditional reception and standard hotel services, enabling guests to check in and out quickly via digital platforms.

Guests will register and check out online, while staff will be present in the hospitality areas only during working hours. Outside those hours, food and beverages will be available from vending machines.

Each room will be fully personalized according to the individual preferences of guests, thanks to an advanced in-room TV system. This system will gather information at the time of booking to offer tailored services such as dining options, events, or wellness experiences.

In line with its commitment to sustainability, the hotel will operate entirely on electricity generated by a rooftop solar power plant. This energy will cover all heating, cooling, and guest facilities. Additionally, rainwater harvesting will be used for technical purposes, reinforcing the hotel's "green and sustainable" identity.

This project marks a significant step forward in the digital transformation of tourism, bringing innovative solutions and sustainable practices to Croatia's tourism offerings.
