"KRAJIŠKA I HERCEGOVAČKA KUĆA" OPENS IN THE HEART OF THE AUSTRIAN CAPITAL

Vienna has welcomed a unique new spot infused with the spirit of Krajina and Herzegovina, offering residents of the Austrian capital and the large Serbian diaspora the chance to enjoy authentic products from Republika Srpska.

The “House of Republika Srpska,” also known as the Krajina and Herzegovina House, was officially opened in the very heart of Vienna. The shop, dedicated to showcasing traditional delicacies from Republika Srpska, is located in the 4th district, just steps away from the famous Vienna State Opera.

The opening represents another milestone in strengthening the visibility of Republika Srpska in Austria, made possible through excellent cooperation between the Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development of Banja Luka, the Agrarian Fund of Trebinje, and the Serbian-Austrian Economic Forum, with the support of the Representative Office of Republika Srpska in Austria.

At the moment, only a selection of products from certified producers—those who meet the strict requirements for export to the European market—is available in the shop.

According to organizers, the primary goal in the coming period is to expand the network of producers who will be able to meet EU standards, enabling a broader range of goods to reach this demanding market.
