DOMESTIC PRODUCTS PRESENTED TO BUSINESSPEOPLE IN NORWAY

On November 28th this year, a presentation of products from Bosnia and Herzegovina will take place at the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Oslo, showcasing them to Norwegian businesspeople.

DOMESTIC PRODUCTS PRESENTED TO BUSINESSPEOPLE IN NORWAY

On this occasion, the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina has extended an invitation to domestic companies to register their products, as there is already significant interest.

Based on research, the following products have been identified as competitive in the Norwegian market:

  • Wines and spirits
  • Hard cheeses (approved for export to the EU)
  • Honey
  • Fruit and vegetable preserves (such as jams and similar products)
  • Products with halal certification (soups, pâtés, etc.)

  • During the presentation, Bosnian products will be introduced to potential Norwegian partners, including representatives from companies, hotels, restaurants, and retail chains who have already shown interest in importing from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The event will also feature product tastings, followed by B2B meetings between Bosnian companies and Norwegian partners. This event format will provide direct contact and facilitate discussions on market entry opportunities in Norway.

Product samples and accompanying accessories (such as serving trays) will be transported via diplomatic mail, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, simplifying logistics and covering transportation and customs costs for participating companies.

It is important to note that the vehicle transporting the samples will not be equipped with refrigeration, so companies requiring this will need to arrange their own solutions, as reported by Agroklub.

Interested companies should submit a completed and scanned application (available below this text) via email to: stanislava.perisic@komorabih.ba or tarik.kovac@komorabih.ba no later than October 25th. Contact persons: Stanislava Perišić, tel: +387 33 566 242, and Tarik Kovač, tel: +387 33 566 235.
