In honor of the legendary opera singer Miroslav Čangalović, his hometown of Glamoč will host the "Miroslav Čangalović Days" from August 4 to 7.
The event will begin on August 4 with a mini opera concert featuring works by Mozart, Verdi, Bizet, Rossini, Donizetti, Dvořák, and Tajčević. The concert will be performed by distinguished soloists: Lidija Svetozarova, Željko Andrić, and Strahinja Đokić.
From August 5 to 7, the program continues with theatrical performances:
August 5: "Marso"
August 6: "K'o kamen"
August 7: "Carli Caplin"
All events will take place at the Glamoč Cultural Center, and admission is free.

Miroslav Čangalović, one of the most prominent names in Serbian and Yugoslav musical history, was born on February 3, 1921, in Glamoč. His opera repertoire included more than 90 roles, known for his rich voice, dramatic power, and deeply felt interpretations. Among his most famous performances were the roles of Boris Godunov from Mussorgsky's opera of the same name and Dosifej from Khovanshchina, also by Mussorgsky.
