Christmas, one of the greatest Christian holidays, has arrived in countries across the globe, and Catholic believers are celebrating it in many fascinating ways.

In the United States, Santa Claus delivers gifts while skiing on water, while Pope Francis celebrated the traditional Christmas Mass at the Vatican.

In Chile, alongside Santa Claus and his elf helpers on a boat, the Grinch — the famous animated character whose eternal mission is to steal Christmas — made an appearance.

Local churches also welcomed believers on Christmas Eve in countries such as Ukraine, China, Pakistan, and many others.

Catholic believers celebrate Christmas on December 25th, while Orthodox Christians in some countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, celebrate it on January 7th.
