The second phase of renovation of the hotel section at the "Vilina Vlas" Rehabilitation Center in Višegrad has begun, with the work expected to be completed within three months, according to the center’s deputy director, Mladen Knežević.
He stated that the reconstruction aims to expand accommodation capacities and improve service quality for all users of this spa and rehabilitation complex.
“Construction work is currently underway on the newly built fourth floor, continuing the interior development of the building. Once that is completed, the third floor will also be renovated,” Knežević explained.
He noted that the Government of Republika Srpska provided 1 million BAM for the expansion of accommodation facilities, while the second and third phases of the reconstruction are being financed by the "Vilina Vlas" Rehabilitation Center through a loan of 1.6 million BAM.
"Vilina Vlas successfully treats rheumatic diseases, neurological conditions, orthopedic, gynecological, and respiratory illnesses. Most of our guests come from Republika Srpska, Serbia, and Montenegro," Knežević added.
He also announced that the terrace of the Old Spa will begin operating on May 1st, enriching the center’s offer for all visitors who want to combine treatment, rest, and time in nature.
