"BABINO BRDO" UNVEILS NEW ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES

On a scenic hilltop just outside Derventa, surrounded by lush deciduous and evergreen forest, lies the “Babino Brdo” tourist complex — featuring a hotel, bungalows and a top-class restaurant. The complex carries the name of the once-famous Derventa motel that stood in the same area.

Located only three kilometres from Derventa, this elevated viewpoint offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire town.

Babino Brdo has recently made a major leap forward in its operations and now proudly holds a four-star hotel rating — the result of years of dedication and continuous investment in service quality.

The hotel now boasts significantly improved accommodation facilities, offering a total of 24 beds, including two spacious family apartments, double rooms and four modern bungalows.

Two newly built luxury apartments with jacuzzis have also been added, blending a modern interior with the traditional exterior of the old “kijera” house style.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of additional amenities, including room service and a minibar in every room, bicycle rentals, table tennis and other board games, printing and scanning services, a laptop available in the lobby for business travellers, and covered parking spaces.

Looking ahead, special emphasis will be placed on further developing the hotel restaurant, which will continue to offer top-tier culinary specialties. During the winter months, guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace paired with homemade dishes.
