With a GoPro camera and drone footage, Banja Luka adventurer Zoran Gajić explores the untouched nature of Bosnia and Herzegovina – and beyond – on his bicycle, sharing breathtaking videos on his YouTube channel “Offroad Gastro Cyclist.”
Recently, Gajić visited Šepirice, a remote and little-known area near Imljani.
“The only person I ever heard mention Šepirice was Goran Ivanović Vileno Kolo. Last week, I asked him, ‘Where exactly are these Šepirice?’ and decided to go there. It was one of those perfect autumn days, with warm Indian summer sun shining through yellow and red leaves – everything around felt magical,” Gajić said while sharing his new video.
He described the region beneath Vlašić Mountain as a hidden gem:
“There’s water everywhere – streams and small rivers rush through the valleys, springs emerge from rocks, and the forests shift from pine to beech and maple. Herds are growing, roads are sometimes muddy and overgrown, sometimes freshly repaired. And along the entire route, you feel that true mountain peace – the kind that exists only in places untouched by man.”
Zoran loves exploring isolated and less-known regions, capturing their raw beauty through his camera. He says he wants to preserve these oases of tranquility, and people from those regions, now living abroad, are especially grateful for his work.
