PUBLIC FORUM IN RJEČICA: RESIDENTS STAND UP AGAINST STONE QUARRYING ON OZREN

Residents of the village of Rječica are organizing a public forum to address the harmful consequences of technical stone exploitation at the Ravna Kosa – Orline site.

The forum will be held on July 10, 2025, starting at 6 p.m., right at the location of the planned quarry.

The organizers are inviting all concerned citizens to come to the site to witness firsthand the scale of the illegal exploitation of natural resources and to hear information that has not previously been shared with the public.

The message from the residents is clear: "Let’s Save Ozren!"

This gathering marks an important step in the fight to protect the environment and preserve the natural wealth of this part of the Republic of Srpska.
