Herceg Novi is preparing a three-day musical spectacle to welcome 2026, featuring performances by six major regional music stars.
On New Year’s Eve, locals and visitors will be entertained by Haris Džinović and Neda Ukraden. On January 1, the stage will welcome Željko Samardžić and Vesna Zmijanac, while Dženan Lončarević and Tropico Band will perform on January 2. The central venue for the celebration will be Nikola Đurković Square.
Following a well-loved tradition, a special New Year’s celebration for children will also be organized, offering a rich program dedicated to the youngest visitors. On January 1, the Herceg Novi Chamber Orchestra will hold a concert at noon at the square in front of the city’s Tower.
In the past two years, Herceg Novi has been a favorite gathering place for a large number of visitors from the region, as well as locals who celebrated New Year’s Eve outdoors. This success served as the main motivation for preparing a rich program for the arrival of 2026 and extending an invitation to everyone, emphasizing that Herceg Novi is ready once again to be the center of great entertainment.
“Herceg Novi is the first in the region to present its New Year’s Eve program already now, at the height of the tourist season. I believe we have managed to create a strong lineup that will suit everyone’s musical taste, and I am certain that no one will resist the invitation to celebrate the arrival of 2026 by the sea, in Herceg Novi, enjoying the fantastic atmosphere created by our musical guests and the hospitality of our city. See you for New Year’s in Herceg Novi,” said the Mayor, Stevan Katić.
The program is supported and organized by the Municipality of Herceg Novi, the Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi, and JUK Herceg Fest.
