NO MORE UNEXPECTED COSTS: NEW ROAMING INTERNET OPTIONS FOR m:tel USERS

Od 1. februara 2026. godine m:tel je uveo unaprijeđeni način korištenja mobilnog interneta u romingu za sve svoje postpaid korisnike, sa ciljem da im obezbijedi veću sigurnost, jasniju kontrolu potrošnje i bezbrižno korišćenje usluga tokom putovanja.

Starting from February 1, 2026, m:tel has introduced an improved way of using mobile internet while roaming for all postpaid users, aimed at providing greater security, clearer spending control, and carefree service usage while traveling abroad.

What does this mean in practice? Mobile internet in roaming will no longer be activated automatically. Instead, it can be used exclusively with a previously selected Roaming Net tariff option, which users can easily activate via the m:GO and My m:tel mobile applications, on the m:tel official website, or through the My Menu service by dialing *100#.

Roaming Net tariff options offer users full flexibility and freedom of choice.

Customers can select the destination country, the number of days, and the amount of data in gigabytes, completely eliminating unwanted and unplanned expenses. This new approach makes roaming communication simpler, safer, and tailored to the individual needs of each user.

It is important to note that these changes do not apply to roaming in Western Balkan countries, where mobile data usage continues under the existing “roam like at home” conditions.
