HOW TO GET A FREE PARKING PERMIT IN BANJA LUKA

Women who have donated blood 15 or more times and residents who have donated 25 or more times can submit their application to the Parking Control Department.

Applications are accepted on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:30 at the department's office, located on the second floor of the former Military Department building on King Alfonso XIII Street.

This new support measure was introduced earlier this year, and several hundred voluntary blood donors have already received their free annual permits.

According to the regulations, the right to a free annual parking permit for the first and second zones is granted to:

Men with 25 or more donations who are registered residents of Banja Luka.

Women with 15 or more donations who are registered residents of Banja Luka.

To obtain the free parking permit for blood donors, the following documents are required:

A voluntary blood donor booklet or another certificate from the relevant institution indicating the required number of blood donations.

The vehicle registration document for the person to whom the parking permit will be issued (if the eligible blood donor does not own a car, they can obtain one parking permit for a vehicle that is not in their ownership).
