Milica Glogovac, the wife of the renowned Serbian actor Nebojša Glogovac, who left us too soon, marked the seventh anniversary of his passing with a heartfelt tribute on social media. She posted a photograph from the student protests along with a poignant message: "I don't know where you are, but I know where you would be."
Nebojša Glogovac passed away seven years ago, leaving an indelible mark on regional cinematography. In addition to his numerous iconic roles, he is survived by his sons and his daughter, Sofija, whom he had with Milica in his second marriage. Milica continues to preserve his memory and legacy.
On her Instagram and Facebook profiles, Milica shared an image from the protests where she held a sign featuring Nebojša’s picture. The sign bore his famous line from Sky Hook: "Do you know how to become a true champion? By taking to the streets when it matters the most and winning."
"I don't know where you are, but I know where you would be," Milica wrote in the caption of her post.
To recall, Nebojša Glogovac passed away at the age of 48 due to lung cancer, which had been diagnosed only a few months before his death. Born in Trebinje, he later moved to Pančevo with his family due to his father's work, where he grew up. However, throughout his life, Nebojša maintained a deep love for Herzegovina, the land of his roots.
