The highest number of applications are for workers with higher education - 40 percent.
The acting director of the Employment Bureau of the Republic of Srpska, Damjan Škipina, stated that the Bureau has nearly 60,000 individuals on record and is always able to meet all the needs of employers to minimize the requests for importing labor.
Škipina stated that in November, the Employment Bureau's records showed 59,351 unemployed individuals, which is 500 individuals or 0.8 percent less than in October, and 5,617 individuals or 8.6 percent less compared to November 2022.
Regarding the qualification structure of the unemployed, the Bureau's records include 12,048 unskilled workers, 849 semi-skilled, 19,112 skilled, and 250 highly skilled individuals.
As of November 30, there were 19,126 individuals with secondary education, 675 with post-secondary education, and 6,732 with higher education on the Bureau's records.
The largest group of the unemployed in November were individuals aged 50 to 60 years, numbering 15,994, followed by those aged 40 to 50 years - 12,965, from 30 to 40 years - 11,869, while there were 11,123 individuals aged 15 to 30 years and 7,400 individuals aged 60 to 65 years.
