The exhibition “Zmijanje Embroidery – World Intangible Heritage” was officially opened on December 29, 2025, at the Gallery of the National Museum in Zaječar. Visitors will be able to view the exhibition until February 2, 2026.

Through a carefully curated selection of traditional items, photographs, and documentation, visitors are given the opportunity to explore the rich technique, symbolism, and spiritual meaning of this exceptional form of folk artistic expression.
