21ST SOMIJADA FISHING TOURNAMENT BEGINS ON THE SAVA RIVER

The traditional Somijada fishing tournament has officially begun at the competition venue in Trstenci on the Sava River, marking its 21st edition this year.

The event has brought together 10 teams and around 30 participants from Teslić, Prnjavor, and Derventa. The competition started on Friday and will continue until Sunday morning, when the most successful anglers will be announced and awarded.

The organizer of this long-standing sport fishing event is the "Ukrina" Sport Fishing Association (SRD Ukrina), which has been successfully bringing together fishing enthusiasts year after year. Through Somijada, the association continues to preserve local tradition while promoting recreational and competitive sport fishing.
