ROMAN FESTIVAL RETURNS FOR THE THIRD TIME ON THE BANKS OF THE SAVA
The third Roman festival "AVEnture Gradiška" will take place on August 31st in Gradiška's City Park, starting at 12:00 PM.
Organizers have announced a rich cultural and social program
running from 12:00 to 8:00 PM, where visitors will experience a variety of
activities, including exhibitions, obstacle courses, and costume tours by boat
on the grounds of the ancient Servicium.
"Over 300 participants from Republika Srpska, BiH,
Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia will bring to life ancient Roman crafts, fashion,
and daily life in the port of Servicium. This year's festival theme highlights
entertainers. Expect exhibitions, workshops, gladiator fights, a Roman tavern,
and much more," stated representatives from "AVEnture Gradiška,"
as reported by Nezavisne novine.
The festival will conclude with a musical and theatrical program featuring the City Choir "Lira" and the band "BIP," culminating in a spectacular fire performance.
The City Administration of Gradiška developed the
"AVEnture Gradiška - Paths of Honey and Romans" tourism brand in
collaboration with project partners as part of the "Adrilink"
project. This marks the third successful year of the festival, drawing visitors
from various cities across the country and the region.
