THE MOST FESTIVE DAY IN TREBINJE: CELEBRATING WITH WINE, ART, TRADITION, AND FAITH

The celebration of Trebinje's most festive day will begin on Sunday, August 18th, when the "Herceg Fest" fair of wine, honey, and traditional products will be opened at Liberty Square at 4:30 PM.

At 6:00 PM, the Cultural Center will host the opening of the photography exhibition "x10," showcasing ten exhibition seasons of the Cultural Center.

The festive evening service will be held at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Holy Transfiguration of the Lord, followed by the opening of the exhibition "Icons from the School of Rafailović-Dimitrijević" at the Museum of Herzegovina at 8:30 PM.

On the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Monday, August 19th, the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy will begin at 9:00 AM at the Cathedral, followed by the breaking of the slava cake and the laying of flowers at the Monument to the Defenders of Trebinje from 1991 to 1996.

At 11:00 AM, a promotion of local products called "Our Own is Better" will be organized in Dučić Street.

A ceremonial session of the City Assembly will be held at noon at the Cultural Center.

The festive evening service at the Cathedral will begin at 8:00 PM, followed by a solemn procession through the city's streets.

The Transfiguration celebrations will conclude with a concert by Peđa Jovanović at Liberty Square, starting at 9:40 PM.
