TWO DESTINATIONS FROM SRPSKA NOMINATED FOR THE BEST TOURISM INITIATIVE AWARD

The business portal Indikator.ba has begun preparations for the annual recognition of the Best Tourism Initiative for the Summer 2024 Season, scheduled to take place later this month in Sarajevo.

A total of ten candidates are in the running for the award, from which the portal's analysts will select the best initiatives across several categories.

The nominees are:

The Ribnik Municipality Tourism Organization for the menu "Black Queen" (Crna kraljica).

Sarajevo Film Festival, for organizing festival screenings in Tuzla and several other municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bihać Tourism Board, for the outstanding organization of the 50th Jubilee Una Regatta.

Neum Tourism Board, for hosting the first-ever majorette festival.

Centroturist Travel Agency, for the tourist package "Visit Krajina."

The City of Jajce, for hosting six diverse cultural, recreational, and traditional events.

Rogatica Tourism Organization, for opening an 8-kilometer recreational and tourist trail showcasing the natural beauty of the region.

Sarajevo International Airport, for launching a gastro zone with three dining facilities.

Stari Grad-Sarajevo Municipality under the leadership of Mayor Irfan Čengić, for removing hospitality equipment from the pedestrian zone (Ferhadija-Sarači), thereby improving the experience for tourists exploring the city.

Konjic Municipality, for investing in new bungalows designed for youth tourism at Boračko Lake.

The selection for the Best Tourism Initiative has been organized by Indikator.ba for the past nine years in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, supported by drogerie markt d.d. BiH, with special media attention from BH Radio 1.
