She said that the fair featured the complete tourism offer of Republika Srpska, including the tourist organizations of East Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Bijeljina, as well as spa centers such as Banja “Vrućica” in Teslić and Terme “Ozren.”

“The promotional material of other spa centers was also presented, such as ‘Vilina Vlas’ in Višegrad, ‘Dvorovi’ from Bijeljina, ‘Kulaši,’ ‘Slatina,’ ‘Mlječanica,’ and Terme ‘Banja Luka,’” Šimun said.

She emphasized that tourists from Austria show strong interest in Republika Srpska, which is confirmed by the fact that the number of arrivals from Austria last year was 12 percent higher than the year before.

“During the New Year holidays, a large number of Austrian tourists visited Banja Luka and other parts of Srpska as well. We hope that the number of visitors from Austria will continue to grow in the coming period,” Šimun added.

The International Tourism Fair in Vienna, which opened on January 15, ends today. The presentation of Republika Srpska’s tourism offer was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Tourism and the Republika Srpska Representation Office in Vienna.
