“RAKIJE SRPSKE 2025” FESTIVAL – A CELEBRATION OF TRADITION AND TASTE

Following the great success of the first “Rakije Srpske” Domestic Brandy Festival held in October 2024, the Association of Alcoholic Beverage Producers “Rakije Srpske” is organizing the second edition of this unique event dedicated to the promotion of domestic production and the rich brandy-making tradition of the Republic of Srpska.

The “Rakije Srpske 2025” Festival will take place on October 24 at the Event Center New Lake (formerly Restaurant Jezero) in Trn, near Laktaši. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of domestic brandies, discover authentic flavors and aromas, and meet the people behind these traditional products.

The main goal of the festival is to support and promote local production, connect producers with potential buyers and brandy enthusiasts, and contribute to raising awareness about brandy culture in the Republic of Srpska. Through events like this, the position of local distilleries is strengthened, and the cultural and economic value of brandy — as one of the country’s national products — is further affirmed.

This year, in addition to domestic producers, several distilleries from Serbia are also expected to take part, showcasing their products to numerous visitors, experts, and hospitality professionals.

The “Rakije Srpske 2025” Festival is a true celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and tradition — a place where heritage, expertise, and community spirit come together.

The event is organized by the Association of Alcoholic Beverage Producers “Rakije Srpske” and the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska and the City of Laktaši.
