More than 300 participants from Gradiška and other cities in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia brought the distant past to life. A large number of workshops were dedicated to families and the youngest visitors. Gladiator fights, demonstrations of Roman sports skills, exhibitions, falconry workshops, archaeology schools, dance, juggling, pottery making, and the creation of jewelry and mosaics were all part of this year's festival offerings.

Andrej Klasinc, president of the association "Poetovio 69" from Ptuj, Slovenia, expressed his delight with the organization of the Roman festival in Gradiška.

- We came with 80 participants and are pleased that this project is thriving in this region. We have been holding 'Roman Games' in Slovenia for many years, and it's great that Roman history connects us because, through it, we can achieve many good things, said Klasinc.

The organizer of the Roman festival "AVEnture Gradiška," Bojan Vujinović, stated that the goal of the organizers is to showcase the rich Roman heritage in Gradiška, as it was once the Roman port of Servicium.

- On the other hand, through this project, we aimed to strengthen the city's tourism offering, so we mapped honey producers and created the route 'Paths of Honey and Rome,' which can also be explored virtually. Through this application, much can be learned about the Roman era, said Vujinović.

In the city park of Gradiška, visitors could enjoy the music and stage performances, including the performances of the City Choir "Lira," the band "BIP," and a fire performance.
