A MONUMENT IN HONOR OF MOTHER UNVEILED AT OSOVICA MONASTERY

A monument in honor of mothers will be ceremoniously unveiled on Friday at the Osovica Monastery near Srbac, with the initiator of its construction being the monastery's abbot, Archimandrite Theophilus.

Designed by him, the monument was crafted by sculptor and academic painter Vujadin Malešević from Derventa and cast at the "Antal" foundry in Subotica.

The idea of ​​building the monument received support from various parts of Republika Srpska and beyond, with numerous officials expected to attend the ceremony.

"We invite the faithful to share the joy of this moment with our brotherhood and express gratitude to all mothers, those who have been, are, and will be, as well as to all our holy and spiritual mothers," the Osovica Monastery conveyed.
