The third "Trebinje Jazz Festival" was officially opened with a concert by Zoran Predin titled "Zoran Sings Arsen," held in the amphitheater at Crkvina. The audience enjoyed an emotional performance of legendary Arsen Dedić's songs, interpreted in Predin's unique style.
On the second day of the festival, the Old Town hosted exceptional musicians, including Nemanja Zlatarev, Coalition Group, and Ksenija Kočetova.
The Coalition Group, a funk/jazz ensemble performing original compositions with unique arrangements, was founded in 2012 by Nemanja Zlatarev, a trombonist with the RTS Big Band and the Belgrade Dixieland Orchestra.
On the third night of the festival, the Dušan Petrović Octet performed in the garden of the "Platani" hotel.
Dr. Dušan Petrović, a composer, pianist, and music producer, introduced his debut "jazz fusion" album "From April to December." Petrović emphasized that this concert was an opportunity to showcase his work, blending elements of jazz and fusion.
The final evening of the festival saw another exciting performance in the Old Town by the popular Sarajevo Jazz Guerrilla.
This band, known for its long-standing presence and collaborations with prominent names in the Bosnian music scene, presented their debut album.
Their performance took the audience on an unforgettable journey through various jazz-related genres and improvised music, bringing this year's "Trebinje Jazz Festival" to a spectacular close.
