CHANCE FOR AN IT START: INTERNSHIPS FOR 39 STUDENTS AND SMART CLASSROOMS IN BIJELJINA

As part of the "Chance for an IT Start" project, 39 students in Bijeljina have been provided with internships in IT companies, and two "smart" classrooms have been equipped for practical training at the "Mihajlo Pupin" Technical School.

Following the project's final presentation, Ankica Todorović, head of the City Department for Local Economic Development and European Integration, stated that the school received 30 computers, two smart boards, two projectors, and one LED panel.

The project was implemented in cooperation with the Technical School in Bijeljina and the local IT company "Elephant Solutions," with a total value of 83,360 KM, of which 58,890 KM came from donor funds.

This initiative is part of the program "A Framework for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals as a Foundation for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina," funded by the Government of Sweden and implemented by UNDP.
