NEW STUDY PROGRAM BY THE FACULTY OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES IN TREBINJE

The Faculty of Production and Management in Trebinje will now offer a study program from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, announced Željko Budimir, the Minister for Scientific-Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska.

This marks a significant step forward for higher education institutions affiliated with the University of East Sarajevo, based in Trebinje.

- We are establishing a joint program with the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. This study program will be implemented at the Faculty of Production and Management in Trebinje, Budimir told reporters.

He noted that this collaboration project with universities in Serbia, specifically in Novi Sad, has received full support from the leadership of the University of East Sarajevo, the local community, and Trebinje's mayor, Mirko Ćurić.

Additionally, a business-innovation center has been opened in Trebinje, which will be part of the innovation center system. Agreements will also be signed with the Scientific-Technological Park of Republika Srpska and the Innovation Center in Banja Luka.

- Trebinje will be a crucial hub in the innovation project, stated Budimir.
