STUDENT EXCHANGE: BIJELJINA STUDENTS TO HAVE OPPORTUNITY FOR EXCHANGE PROGRAMS IN FRANCE

Students from Bijeljina will soon have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs in France through a coordinated effort discussed at a meeting with the French Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, François Delmas, and representatives of the Bijeljina City Administration.

Delmas stated that during the meeting with the Mayor of Bijeljina, Ljubiša Petrović, various topics were discussed, including the local situation, prospects for European integration, and potential collaboration on different projects.

Petrović informed reporters that discussions also revolved around the commencement of the construction of an ambassadorial park in the Knez Ivo od Semberije neighborhood.

The city of Bijeljina will initiate a public procurement process and issue a public call for the selection of the most favorable bidder in the coming weeks to transform this part of the city into a green oasis.

During the meeting in Bijeljina, which was also attended by the Swiss Ambassador Daniel Hun and a representative of the Belgian diplomatic office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Benjamin Sturtevagen, collaboration between the city and these ambassadors, as well as a series of projects, were agreed upon.
