“Due to the lack of workforce in the hospitality industry, it’s rare to come across a fully professional waiter. For us, it’s enough if they are helpful and polite – we don’t nitpick. In summer, they are often seasonal workers, mostly students, and we don’t expect them to be entirely professional. A smile and the absence of rudeness are more than enough for us to give high marks,” they explained from the Secret taster profile.
