Banja Luka is set to become the regional center of health, movement, and vitality as the first-ever “Wellness Weekend” Festival kicks off in Mladen Stojanović Park, running until September 21.

This three-day event brings a dynamic blend of sports, fitness, wellness, and educational activities for all generations, completely free of charge and open to the public.

The festival promises a vibrant atmosphere packed with engaging content:

Outdoor Group Workouts – including Zumba, HIIT, functional training, total body workouts, morning stretching, and even a rolling party on rollerblades,

Yoga Classes – featuring various yoga styles suitable for all levels, guided by experienced instructors,

Lectures and Panels – top professionals in medicine, sports, and wellness will speak on topics such as hematology, diabetes and sports, recovery, face yoga, libido fitness, and the power of movement,

Free Massages and Relaxation Zones – unwind in specially designed wellness spaces,

Outdoor Gym – fitness under the open sky,

Healthy Corner – enjoy free sugar-free, alcohol-free cocktails, tastings, and expert tips on healthy nutrition,
