The largest city of Republika Srpska has launched an open public procurement procedure for the construction of a slalom kayak course with accompanying facilities, including the development of the riverbank and watercourse in the Srpske Toplice settlement.
The estimated value of the project stands at
170,900 KM excluding VAT, or 199,953 KM including VAT.
The procedure will be conducted through an
open tender, with the lowest bid as the main selection criterion, and an
e-auction is also planned. The project will not be divided into lots, and all
works will be carried out within the territory of Banja Luka.
According to the tender documentation, the project includes extensive construction and installation works. Planned construction activities involve earthworks, concrete and reinforced concrete works, as well as masonry and insulation works.
Finishing works will cover facade construction, aluminum joinery, interior carpentry, metalwork, ceramic and plastering works, sheet metal works, painting, and other final touches.
The project also predusmatries the
installation of various systems, including electrical installations,
telecommunications and IT networks, lightning protection systems, as well as
testing to ensure full functionality and safety.
In addition, the development of communal
infrastructure is planned, including sewage and water supply networks, along
with the installation of sanitary equipment. The project will also include
preparatory and final works, installation of urban furniture, landscaping, and
other supporting activities.
