In addition to the old town and the "Velika Voda" spring, this remote place is also known for a large pine tree.

The pine is located just 20 meters from the dirt road and the "Velika Voda" spring, on a steep slope.

This tree is surrounded by bushy vegetation, with no other trees of its kind nearby.

In fact, it is a black pine (Latin: Pinus Negra) with a circumference of 2.65 meters, standing over 20 meters tall and estimated to be more than 100 years old. The species is known as the "master of canyons and cliffs."

This particular black pine has managed to thrive on limestone soil and grow into an impressive tree.
