The "Jovo Đurić" Sports Hall was filled to capacity as the audience enjoyed a two-hour program featuring traditional folk songs.

According to Desanka Radić, the festival is non-competitive in nature.

"Our youngest members performed as well, accompanied by gusle and singing a beautiful song from our region. Other singing groups from our society also participated. It was a beautiful transfer of tradition from generation to generation, with the youngest, their parents, and grandparents all present," Radić said.

She emphasized that the purpose of the festival is to bring together cultural societies from Eastern Herzegovina and their friends during this festive season.

"We organize the festival at the end of December to create a holiday atmosphere. We adapt everything, from the festive meals to all holiday preparations. We were delighted to have our friends from Plužine join us," Radić added.

The performers included the Women's Singing Group "Folklore Society Ljubinje," the Serbian Sokol Society "Nevesinjska Puška" from Nevesinje, the Male and Female Singing Groups "Sveti Sava" from Orah-Bileća, the Male Singing Group "Ljubomirci" from Trebinje, the Male Singing Group "Plužine" from Plužine, and the Male and Female Singing Groups "Vojvoda Vlatko Vuković" from Bileća, as well as the Male Singing Group "KUD Nevesinje" from Nevesinje.

The organizers of the festival were the Traditional Group "Ljubinjski Zvuci" and the Folklore Society "Ljubinje," with the Municipality of Ljubinje serving as the main sponsor.
