ENJOY A VIEW OF A THOUSAND EMOTIONS

The traditional “Banjaluka Transversal,” organized by the Mountaineering Society “Kozara,” is set to take place on April 18, 2026, offering participants a unique opportunity to explore some of the most scenic landscapes in Banja Luka.

The approximately 14.5-kilometer trail stretches along the southeastern banks of the Vrbas River, guiding hikers from the “Bema” shoe factory, through Trešnjik and Banj Hill, all the way to the “Šibovi” mountain lodge.

Organizers promise unforgettable panoramic views of Banja Luka and the Vrbas River, highlighting the natural beauty that defines this popular outdoor event.

An invitation to join the “Banjaluka Transversal” was also extended by the Tourist Organization of the City of Banja Luka, which reminded visitors that the view from Banj Hill is truly “a view of a thousand emotions.”
