IVAN PAŽANIN BRINGS THE MEDITERRANEAN TO BANJA LUKA

Food lovers in Banjaluka will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique culinary evening on June 4 at Kaldrma 1929, where renowned Croatian chef Ivan Pažanin will create an exclusive summer menu inspired by the Mediterranean.

Under the slogan “The Mediterranean arrives in the heart of Banja Luka,” Kaldrma 1929 will host the premiere of its new seasonal menu, along with the opening of its new summer garden terrace.

“MEDITERRANEAN BY PAŽANIN”

The event, titled “Mediterranean by Pažanin,” will take place on Thursday, June 4, starting at 7:30 PM, featuring a special tasting menu as part of the “Kaldrma Signature Night” concept.

According to the announcement, Pažanin will present authentic Mediterranean flavors through carefully crafted dishes, combining them with the elegant atmosphere of one of Banja Luka’s most recognizable restaurants.

A BLEND OF GASTRONOMY AND SUMMER ATMOSPHERE

In addition to the culinary experience, the evening will also mark the official opening of Kaldrma 1929’s new summer terrace, offering visitors another attractive place to enjoy the summer season in the heart of the city.
