The New Year’s Ball was conceived as a moment of reflection, gratitude, and optimism, celebrating achievements accomplished through joint effort while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.

“The New Year’s Ball is an event through which we celebrate results, shared effort, and the people who were part of the journey toward success. It is an opportunity to look back at what we have achieved together and to raise a toast to everything that awaits us in 2026. Our ambition is for Banja Luka and Republika Srpska to be perfect and exemplary, to set high goals that no one has set before, because today there is no room for small dreams,” said Draško Stanivuković, Mayor of the largest city in Republika Srpska.

He emphasized that the New Year’s Ball is not merely a formal gathering, but a meaningful moment that connects accomplishments, people, and future goals, symbolizing a shared vision of progress and development for Banja Luka in the years ahead.

The elegant atmosphere of the Banski Dvor, combined with the festive spirit of the season, made the event a memorable conclusion to the year, highlighting both the city’s achievements and its aspirations for the future.
