The Government of the Republic of Srpska has approved the co-financing of the project “Regional Trade Summit”, an event designed to connect the trade sector with the rich tourism potential of Srpska.
The
summit aims to bring together key stakeholders from the trade industry, as well
as entrepreneurs, institutions, and domestic and international investors,
according to a statement made following the government session held in Brod.
Scheduled
for October 28 and 29 in Banjaluka, the event is expected to significantly
contribute to the development of congress and business tourism in the city.
The
Regional Trade Summit marks the first event of its kind in Banjaluka, gathering
business leaders, policymakers, and innovators from across the Balkans to shape
the future of trade and regional cooperation.
Over
the course of two days of panels, lectures, and B2B meetings, participants will
have the opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, and visions for the
development of retail, digitalization, and emerging market trends.
The
summit promises two days of inspiration, knowledge, and networking, offering a
platform for open dialogue between chambers of commerce, retail chains, government
institutions, and innovative companies. The focus will be on digital
transformation, sustainable development, and preparations for EXPO 2027, as
well as on strengthening regional economic cooperation and joint market
approaches.
