VISOČICA CONQUERED, HIKERS DELIGHTED

On Sunday, May 19th, a group of 18 hikers, including five from Han Pijesak, Vlasenica, and Miliće, embarked on a journey to conquer Visočica, located on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nestled between the mountains of Prenj, Treskavica, and Bjelašnica, and surrounded by the streams of the Neretva, Rakitnica, and Ljuta rivers, Visočica offered a challenging yet enchanting experience to the hikers during a one-day, 12-kilometer trek. 

They ascended the peaks of Vito, Veliko Brdo, and Drstva, showcasing their love for nature and daring spirit. After a successful expedition, the hikers expressed their desire for a return to Visočica in the near future.
