TRADITION CONTINUES: WINTER ADVENTURE ON ČEMERNO RETURNS THIS YEAR

The Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Gacko, the Sports School “Spartakus,” the Cultural and Sports Center, and the “Jezerine” Association from Bileća, under the patronage of the Municipality of Gacko, are once again organizing the traditional winter gathering on Mount Čemerno.

The event will take place on Sunday, February 22, starting at 11 a.m., bringing together families, children, and winter enthusiasts for a day filled with snow, sports, and fun in the fresh mountain air.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of winter activities, including sledding, snowball fights, and a special fun polygon designed for children.

In addition, organizers have prepared a daytime party and a rich selection of traditional gastronomic delicacies, promising a warm and cheerful atmosphere despite the winter temperatures.

“We invite all citizens from our municipality, as well as guests from neighboring towns, to join us for sledding, snow games, children’s activities, a daytime party, and delicious local specialties,” the organizers said, adding that the most beautiful winter photographs from Republika Srpska will arrive from Čemerno this Sunday.

With a combination of recreation, socializing, and authentic mountain charm, Čemerno is set to once again become a meeting point for lovers of winter magic and outdoor adventure.
