WINTER EVENTS ARRIVE ON MOUNT KOZARA

As in previous years, the Tourist Organization of the City of Gradiška, in cooperation with its partners, is organizing two traditional winter events on the slopes and on Mount Kozara itself at the end of January and on the first days of February.

According to the announcement, the first event, “Winter in Podgradci,” will take place on January 25 at the location along the road toward Mrakovica, more precisely after the area known as 13. Skojevki. The event is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m., while the announcement of the winners is expected around 1:00 p.m., representatives of the Gradiška Tourist Organization stated.

This will be followed by the event “Days of Winter on Kozara,” which will be held on January 31 and February 1.

The official opening of the event is planned for February 1 at 11:00 a.m. on Mount Kozara, at Mrakovica. On that day, organized transportation will be provided for all interested citizens. Registration is mandatory and can be completed by calling +387 51 492 760, while the number of available seats is limited, the Tourist Organization of the City of Gradiška announced.

Both events aim to promote winter tourism and offer visitors a rich program in the natural surroundings of Mount Kozara.
