TAKE A PHOTO WITH THE LEGENDARY STARINA NOVAK AND ENJOY ROMANIJA

To truly understand why so much is said and sung about Romanija, you must come and experience this famous mountain yourself.

The Sokolac Tourist Organization, with financial support from the Tourist Organization of the Republic of Srpska, has completed a project to build a thematic trail called “Hajduk’s Trail” on Romanija.

The main goal is to promote Romanija Mountain and its tourist attractions. As part of previous activities, members of the Mountaineering Society "Glasinac" have marked and arranged three trails: the Starina Novak Trail, the Mali Radojica Trail, and the Dijete Grujica Trail, explained the Sokolac Tourist Organization.

As part of the project, benches have been placed along the trails, allowing visitors to take a break and fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

At the end of the Starina Novak Trail, a photo frame featuring the image of this famous hajduk has been installed, allowing all who wish to create a personal postcard and preserve a memory of their time on Romanija.

In the background, there is a perfect view of the Red Rocks, a hallmark of the hajduk mountain, which has been designated as a Natural Monument since February 2023.
