HIKERS TO PARTICIPATE IN TRADITIONAL VIDOVDAN ASCENT TO MAGLIĆ

The Mountaineering Association of the Republic of Srpska will organize the traditional Vidovdan Ascent to Maglić from June 27 to June 29, 2025.

The main climb to the highest peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025. On that day, Sutjeska National Park has announced that it will waive the tent setup fee at the Prijevor plateau for all participants.

According to the organizers, all mountaineering clubs taking part in the event are required to appoint a guide who will be responsible for leading their respective groups during the ascent.
