FAM TRIP FOČA & PLUŽINE: ACTIVE TOURISM CONNECTING TWO DESTINATIONS

Foča and Plužine continue to strengthen their joint tourism offer through the FAM Trip, organized as part of the T.A.R.A. v.2.0 project, with a special focus on active and sustainable tourism.

Participants had the opportunity to discover another part of the tourism offer of Plužine and the Piva region, an area known for its impressive natural landscapes and opportunities for outdoor adventure.

DISCOVERING PIVA LAKE FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

One of the highlights of the program was a cruise on Piva Lake, offering participants a chance to experience the spectacular scenery and natural beauty of this part of Montenegro from the water.

The program also included adrenaline-filled activities such as a zip line and adventure park, showcasing experiences designed for travelers who enjoy active holidays, nature and adventure.

Through these activities, FAM Trip participants were able to experience the destination from different perspectives – from its natural attractions and panoramic landscapes to outdoor and adventure tourism.

FOČA AND PLUŽINE – A SHARED TOURISM STORY

The FAM Trip also highlights the importance of cross-border cooperation in connecting the tourism offers of Foča and Plužine and developing a joint tourism product.

Through the T.A.R.A. v.2.0 project, the two destinations are further strengthening their connection through nature-based experiences, adventure and active holidays, with the aim of building a recognizable destination for active and sustainable tourism.
