AMERICANS IMPRESSED WITH DUMPLINGS FROM BANJA LUKA

Classic plum dumplings are well-known to everyone and are a favorite dessert, but it's time to try a variety of other tastes.

Dumplings with apricot, poppy, pistachio, chocolate, cheese, fruit filling ... 14 kinds and tastes are offered to their guests at the Banjaluka Gotiva dumplings.

The most popular one is with Nutella. A group of Americans, from Vermont, who stayed in Banja Luka, was impressed by this kind of dumplings, but also with a pleasant atmosphere and kind staff. When they returned home, their impressions from Banja Luka were shared on social networks.

"Often tourists who visit the town of Vrbas come to us and are delighted with the taste, service and pleasant ambience," says Jana Uzelac from Gotiva team for SeeSrpska.

This has become a favorite place in the city of Banja Luka. People come here for a cup of coffee or to hang out with friends.

The biggest problem is to decide whether to order "Mascarpone likes blueberry", "Strawberry-white chocolate", "Choco orange" "Cheesecake dumplings" or "Winter spell".

"We make dumplings manually, using the highest quality ingredients, and the colors with which they are spread are strictly natural. We created our own recipe and got some tasty homemade dumplings, "says Jana for SeeSrpska.

It is also known that dumplings were eaten at the Vienna court. The famous Ferdinand's sentence was "I'm an emperor and I want a dumpling".

We are not emperors, but we are more fortunate than Ferdinand, because with a little imagination and good culinary skills in recent years, people like Jana, have shown us that the dumplings need not be only plum and can enjoy a variety of tastes.
