The dormitory is located in Stefan Nemanja Street, near the Rectorate building and the Academy of Music. The new facility includes 90 rooms with a total capacity of 224 beds, 107 of which have already been occupied.

Students will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and cafeteria, a reading room, laundry facilities, a student club, and administrative offices of the Lukavica Student Center.

The Government of the Republic of Srpska invested a total of 9,330,238 BAM in the construction and furnishing of the building, with 1.7 million BAM allocated for equipment procurement.

“This is not just an investment in a building, but in people, youth, and knowledge – in those who are the future of the Republic of Srpska,” said Prime Minister Savo Minić during the opening ceremony.
